The A MAZE Festival is an international media festival focusing on experimental games, interactive art, and immersive media where the Holy Temple opened its doors offline again: Immerse yourself completely, find synthetic dreams and experience speculative futures up in the dome.

Holy Shit sets up its hybrid temple in an abandoned drug store aka @culterimgallery/ Rossmann, Berlin-Gesundbrunnen, where the digital and analog merge to become something different: a colorful Twilight Zone between all realities. The large scale exhibition culminates in a live AV performance.

Usually set in an immersive 360° feel that can be adopted site specifically to any space feat. a minimum of 200 square meters. Depending on the venue and program, HOLY SHIT could be held as an exhibition culminating in a live performance, a solo live event or just an exhibition.
EXHIBITION SET UP: all footage of HOLY SHIT is projected large scale. One loop of all videos lasts for about 30 mins each. It can be looped through out the opening hours of the given exhibition.
LIVE AV PERFORMANCE: of approx. 45 – 60 mins. It can be a SOLO LIVE EVENT or integrated as the peak of the exhibition. During the performance all of HOLY SHITs video footage is sampled anew along with live music, consisting of synths, vocals and shofar.
The live vj experience adds on the idea of our new algorithm that is constantly growing and creating a feeling of a happy rave-like trance.
